Shipping & Returns


Shipping details

Your order will ship out the door within 2-4 business days after we have received payment. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it is available.


Estimated shipping times:

United States
  • We now offer FREE domestic ground shipping to all 48 continental states and charge a flat rate fee of $7 for the following: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, FPO & APO addresses.
  • If your order weighs less than 9 lbs, it will take your order between 5-7 business days to get to you. If your order weighs 9 lbs or more, it will take 3-5 business days to reach you.

International Customers
  • Overall, it will take approximately 6-10 business days total (4-6 business days to arrive to your country and then another 2-3 business days in customs. This varies greatly depending on your countries customs officials).
  • We ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver to most international locations; USPS is also available if preferred.

Love 41 Return policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right or you just want to return the item, let us know. We’ll get you set up so you can send back your product in new condition for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow ten business days for your refund once we receive your return.


Return Instructions

Be sure to contact us first before you send the item(s) back. It’s important that you receive approval before you return it. Love 41 cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are sent back without proper authorization. Simply follow the steps below to send back your order:

  1. Make sure you’ve read our Return Policy above.
  2. Request a Return Authorization by emailing customer service at ihaveaquestion@love41.com
  3. Love 41 will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within two business days.
  4. Follow the return instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions. We recommend that you insure the package to protect yourself from the sometimes finicky postal services.

A few things to note:
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Love 41 will refund return shipping costs if the product is defective due to materials or workmanship within the first 30 days after receipt.
  • Any items returned back in a used condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your item back. We'll email you a confirmation at that time. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm we have confirmed your return has been processed.

Refund Details

Non-refundable items:
  • Shipping costs will be credited if it’s our mistake.
  • Customs Fees incurred from your own government taxes cannot be submitted for reimbursement unless our mistake is the reason for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours of delivery or after opening your gift). Please email a photo of the problem, the order number from your original confirmation e-mail, and a description of the problem. Once we confirm that the issue is a defect, we will provide you a Return form and email you a UPS label for the return shipping.

Because of the nature of handmade items, not all issues are really a defect. If we determine the issue is not a defect but a normal variance in design or construction, then you are still more than welcome to go ahead and return it for a refund or exchange if you are in the normal return time frame.

If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. If the damaged package was left at your address, please contact us immediately so we can let the shipping company know. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.


Warranty on Suzette’s leather and waxed canvas belt or bag designs

I pride myself not only on my designs, but also on the fact that I use the greatest thread, rivets, materials and leathers I can find. All of my waxed cotton and/or leather belts or bags are fully warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship for 41 years. If you should have a problem, send it back to us and we’ll repair or replace it for free or we'll give you a credit on the website.
